Tag Documents
Prismic has a native tagging system to help you organize your documents.
Document tags are visible on the API, and you can query the Prismic API using tags.
There is a bar at the top of the screen in the document editor where you can add tags. When you start typing, the input field will auto-suggest tags that already exist. You can select a tag that already exists, or click enter to create a new tag.
To remove a tag, click the "x" on the tag.
Where's the tag bar?
Note: the tag bar is replaced with a formatting bar when you're editing a rich text field.
Once you have added a tag to a document, you can filter documents by tags in the document screen. Learn more in Browsing Documents.
If you have a more advanced use case, you can create a custom tagging system. Learn more.
